OpenBSD Europe took over the main distribution of OpenBSD products in October 2014. In October 2019 the managers of the project transferred the domain to a third party.
As a result of this transfer, Zednax,and its parent company Medoc Computers Ltd, were left with several thousand pounds of branded stock items, which are now being sold through this site at less than cost price.
All items are guaranteed as official OpenBSD stock, and are sold with a full money-back guarantee.
As with any transactional web site, problems can and do occur - we aim to reply to all enquiries in less than 12 hours; if we can help, we will. When we make mistakes on shipping then please be sympathetic.

Can I wire you the money? I would rather not pay by card...

How is my card handled?
Currently all credit card/debit card transactions are handled through Medoc, and this is the name that will display on your statement. You can rest assured they are safe.
We never view any of your card details and we have no access to them. Medoc, who host and manage this site, is PCI-DSS Level 1 Hosting Compliant.
Why is my card is being declined?
We have had numerous instances of US cards (Bank of America in particular) decling transactions, simply because you are ordering from a company outside of the USA... we're really sorry, but we can't
do anything about this. We've also had reports of the same cards being declined if you try to pay us by PayPal too. The advice on the web is for you to contact the bank
before you try to buy. If you do have problems, then let us know, and we will do our best to find a way of you getting your order!
My address doesn't 'fit' your format!
Don't worry if your address doesn't quite follow the formatting of our layout, simply enter the address in the closest match, and we will ensure the delivery document has the correct format.
Why can't you have a simple form for us to fill in...?
Well, of course if you really don't like the site that's fine, but let's not make a fuss!!.... Simply send us an email with your name, address, telephone number, the items you want,
and how you would like to pay including the currency. We will process the order for you, and email you with the full order, and how to pay.
If you wish we can contact you by telephone for card payments. PS Our emails are sent in both HTML and plain text format!!
Do prices include VAT?
All GBP and EUR prices include VAT, however if you are ordering from outside of the EU zone, or have a EU VAT code, then VAT is automatically deducted on the Payment page.
Please make sure that you select 'Rest of the World' or 'EU VAT' as your Area when you register, in order for the VAT to be deducted.
Do you offer insurance/tracking?
Yes. You can select this during checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Costs are accurately calculated upon checkout based on the weight and delivery location. No profit is made.

How are the CD sets packaged?
All CDs are packaged in a secure 'Jiffy' envelope. All products are shipped in secure, high quality packaging.
